Gin, cucumber and a touch of cinnamon


  • 50 mlgin
  • 15 mllime juice
  • 60 mlsugar syrup
  • 30 mlcucumber juice
  • 440 mlmilk
  • 100 mlcinnamon syrup
  • 4 gEspuma cold creative cuisine


Cinnamon Espuma

Mix milk, cinnamon syrup and Espuma cold and pass through iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously.


Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass, cover with cinnamon espuma and decorate with a cucumber spiral.


For a 1 L iSi Whip, double the ingredients. Screw on 2 iSi cream chargers one after the other and shake vigorously after each charger. When using a 0.25 L iSi Whip, please halve ingredients.
