Light Yoghurt Mousse with Red Berries

Loose, frothy and light - as a mousse should be.

  • 170 mlheavy cream
  • 200 mlyogurt
  • 50 mlvanilla syrup
  • 80 mlvanilla milk


Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper and close.


Screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously. The amount of syrup can be reduced or increased to taste. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.


Sweeten the fresh berries to taste with sugar and crush with a fork. Put the yoghurt mousse in a glass in alternating layers with the crushed berries and granola. Enjoy immediately.
