Vegan chive sauce

  • 200 mlalmond milk
  • 40 gpickles
  • 100 mlcanola oil
  • 10 gEstragon mustard
  • 40 mlvinegar
  • 200 mlvegetable stock
  • 6 gMagic Texturizer
  • 0.5 gbunch of chives, cut
  • 50 gVegane Handsemmel


Put all the ingredients (except the chives) in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.


Finely puree the mixture with a blender or hand blender and pour directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into the 0.5L iSi Whip.


Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 16-18 times. Serve in portions as needed and decorate with chopped chives.
