Nutella has become a part of so many people’s lives. Even though it doesn’t have the most impressive list of ingredients, this chocolate-hazelnut spread is loved by millions of people around the world. Nutella can be found in almost every grocery store these days. But if you love Nutella as much as we do, you don’t necessarily want to stop there.
This mousse is so simple to make, and it is packed with that rich taste of hazelnuts and cocoa. The mousse can be served either chilled or at room temperature but keep in mind that the chilling process will intensify the flavour even more.
Ingredients
- 50g hazelnut cream
- 70ml heavy cream
- 120ml milk
- 20g coconut oil

Boil the milk with the coconut oil and mix it.

Dissolve the hazelnut cream in the mass and stir until smooth with the cream.

Fill the mass directly through an iSi funnel & sieve into a 0.25 liter iSi Whip. Leave to cool for at least 3 hours. Screw on an iSi whipped cream charger, shake 6-10 times and serve cold.
Simply double the ingredients with a 0.5 liter iSi Whip.
