This cocktail sauce goes with almost everything: sandwiches, burgers, and also barbecues.
Ingredients
- 1 pinchsalt
- 300 gketchup
- 4 tbsp.cilantro
- 150 mlpineapple juice
- 60 gMayonnaise

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season well.

Pour through iSi Funnel & Sieve into an iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

iSi Tip: Goes superbly with sandwiches or prawn skewers.
Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Professional Chargers, one after the other, and shake vigorously after each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
