Wonderful for dipping

Peanut Chilli Foam

Conjuring up a delicious dip is this quick:

  • 200 gcream cheese, full fat
  • 150 mlcoconut milk
  • 2 gchili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 150 gpeanuts
  • 100 mlmeat stock


Finely puree the peanuts, meat stock, coconut milk, cream cheese and spices in a blender and pass through the iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper.


Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.


Serve as dip with crackers.
