Strawberry Mousse

Loose and light: this is what makes a mousse stand out. It always works with the Dessert Whip or Gourmet Whip.

  • 50 mlmilk
  • 200 mlheavy cream
  • 100 mlnatural yogurt
  • 20 mlorange liqueur
  • 100 mlstrawberry syrup


For the Strawberry Mousse, mix all the ingredients, pour through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.

Before serving, cool in the refrigerator for a min. of 6 hours.
