- 5 ×sprig(s) of rosemary
- 500 mlMartini Rubino Wermut
- 30 mlCazadores Tequila
- 500 mlMartini Bitter
- 8 tsp.Pro Espuma

Rapid Infused Martini Rubino
Fill coffee beans, sprigs of rosemary and Martini Rubino into a 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip. Install the iSi Rapid Infusion Accessories according to the instruction manual on the iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw on 1 iSi Cream charger, shake the iSi Gourmet Whip vigorously and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then vent the iSi Gourmet Whip quickly by pressing the lever. Unscrew the device head from the iSi stainless steel bottle and let the flavored liquid rest briefly again.

Martini Bitter Espuma
Mix Martini Bitter and Pro Espuma and pass through iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 iSi cream charger and shake vigorously.

Mix 5 cl Rapid Infused Martini Rubino with Cazadores Tequila and pour it into a coffee cup with an ice cube. Then cover the cocktail with Martini Bitter Espuma and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
