Mocca Foam on Blackberries

A delicious dessert that's easy to prepare - exactly what the iSi system was developed for!

Ingredients
  • 140 mlmilk
  • 105 mlheavy cream
  • 230 gvanilla yogurt
  • 36 gpowdered sugar
  • 10 gespresso

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients until the powdered sugar and espresso powder have completely dissolved. Pour into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Before serving, cool the iSi Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Stir in fresh or frozen blackberries with 3 - 4 tbsp. of granulated sugar and pour into a glass. Serve with the Mocca Foam and crumbled amarettini.
