Raspberry and Yoghurt Mousse

A light dessert with full aroma.

  • 125 mlheavy cream
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 125 gnatural yogurt
  • 50 gpowdered sugar
  • 200 graspberry purée


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.


Pass the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve or a fine sieve and pour into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake 14 times. Store the filled Whipper in the refrigerator.


Serve with sponge finger, raspberries or fresh fruit.

Double the ingredients for a 1 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 2 iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 l iSi Whipper.
