Vegan chocolate mousse

  • 70 gripe avocado(s)

  • 30 ghazelnut butter
  • 50 gmaple syrup
  • 15 gcocoa powder
  • 280 mloat milk
  • 0.5 ×vanilla bean(s)
  • 2 ×pinch of salt
  • 150 goats
  • 50 ghoney



Mix the oatmeal, honey and a pinch of salt and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roast golden yellow at 190 ° C for about 8-12 minutes.

Chocolate mousse
